Jonathan Rappaport has stepped down as the Executive Director of Arts|Learning but remains steadfast in our world of arts advocacy. Few have accomplished as much in this field, and his contributions to Arts Education are substantial and enduring.
A|L has benefited inordinately from Jonathan’s dedication, leadership, and vision for advancements in arts education; and to honor him is to honor this organization. In the spirit of his lasting contributions, we have created the Jonathan Rappaport Legacy Fund (JRLF) and ask you to donate in his name to carry on Jonathan’s lifework and uphold the mission of Arts|Learning.
Arts|Learning: PAST-PRESENT-FUTURE
Since 1980, A|L has been at the forefront in promoting the revision of the Massachusetts Arts Curriculum Frameworks, representation for the arts in professional staffing at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, accessibility of arts data for public review, and adequate funding for the arts in education at all levels; and with your support of the JRLF, A|L can continue making strides with initiatives like these.
Arts|Learning will use these funds to maintain the arts advocacy work that Jonathan has set in motion.
